Description: Site to be occupied by a new owner. Improvements to the property include the
following: a 1,613 square foot garage addition within the footprint of the existing canopy, a storm water management system to manage site runoff, a vehicle wash pad with industrial waste holding tank, and delineation of fire access.
INFORMAL REVIEW:

Description: Construction of a building to house offices and storage for an agricultural business. 30
parking spaces will be provided for employees and clients; approximately 2 acres of exterior plan storage/cultivation; approximately one acre of outside equipment and materials storage and staging operations.
